We are here to answer your questions and find programs and services in our area that are designed to make life easier for you and those you love. It is our privilege to assist seniors, persons with disabilities and their caregivers in our 7 county region.
On March 1, 2014, AAA3 expanded to cover Clark, Darke, Shelby, Logan, Miami, Preble and Champaign counties for the Ohio Home Care Waiver Program.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:
Area Agency on Aging 3 will conduct a public hearing, May 17, 2016 in the 3rd Floor conference room at 200 E. High Street, Lima, Ohio 45801 at 10:00 am, to obtain comments concerning the 2017 waiver requests for Title III C and Title III D. As required by Ohio Department of Aging a waiver request needs to be completed for the AAA to provide services directly, part of the waiver request is to hold a public meeting to talk about the waiver and efforts to develop these services with providers.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP WITH VICTIMS OF CRIME
The Victim Outreach Program is in need of volunteers to help with outreach in your community in the counties of Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Van Wert, Putnam, Hancock and Hardin. Volunteers will assist staff in promoting the program, working with victims to give support.

Companion Care Volunteer Program
We are currently seeking volunteers for our new program, the Companion Care Volunteer Program. This is a program for those 60 and older that need assistance with non-personal care related tasks, such as housekeeping, companionship and respite for regular caregivers.
