Transportation Call Center/ FIND A RIDE
Transportation Call Center
The Transportation call center is staffed by registered nurses and licensed social workers who provide free assessments of community transportation options for anyone who calls.
FIND A RIDE
The FIND A RIDE program sets up and pays for trips for eligible individuals who have no community options available to meet their transportation needs
